This page explains how to request deletion of your account and related data for the Song X mobile application (SongX).
How to request account deletion
To delete your Song X app account, please email support@songx.app with your login username (the email or username you used to register). We will process your request and delete all associated data within 24–48 hours.
Data that will be deleted
- Account information (email, display name)
- Music generation history, prompts, and audio files on our servers
- Credit balance and in-app transaction history
- OAuth sign-in data (Apple / Google) linked to your account
Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example, purchase records managed by Apple App Store or Google Play).
