SongX Limited ("We", "Us", or "Our") is committed to protecting your personal data and privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, utilize, and secure your information when you interact with the SongX mobile application (the "App") and its associated cloud services.

A. Functional Information Provided Directly By You

  • Account Infrastructure: Optional or mandatory user registration details including your email address, username, password, or authentication tokens provided if you log in via third-party systems (Sign In with Apple, Google Sign-In, or Facebook Login). We do not store your private social media passwords.
  • User Input Materials: We process text prompts, descriptive genres, parameter selections, and customized lyrics provided by you to enable the core AI generation service.
  • Customer Support Records: Any correspondence, name, or email information provided voluntarily when initiating a support ticket via our official channels.

B. Technical and Automatically Processed Information

To ensure operational stability, optimize algorithmic rendering, and support our legitimate business interests, the App utilizes integrated software development kits (SDKs) and third-party analytical tools to automatically capture aggregate, non-personal data:

  • Device Identification: Device hardware models, operating system versions, localization language settings, and industry-standard unique advertising identifiers (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID) subject to your native OS permissions.
  • App Event Log Data: The date and time of App initialization, crashes, page navigation pathways, custom UI interactions, in-app purchases, credit transactions, and general progression events.
  • Cookies and Local Storage: Standard mobile local caching technologies to maintain secure user sessions and remember operational preferences.

C. Payment Data Processing (Complete Exclusion)

All monetary transactions, subscriptions, and billing actions are handled exclusively and securely by Apple Inc. (App Store) or Google LLC (Google Play Store). SongX Limited never views, processes, or stores your private credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or billing addresses. These actions are governed purely by the respective privacy policies of Apple and Google.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We process collected data for the following specific contractual and operational objectives:

  • Service Execution: To process user inputs and deliver custom AI-generated music tracks.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: To monitor server capacity, analyze performance bottlenecks, and improve the computational speed of the AI generation pipeline.
  • Financial Verification: To validate premium user account status, track credit depletion metrics, and protect against system-wide fraud or bot manipulation.
  • Communications: To transmit operational updates, security alerts, and critical transactional notifications regarding your account status.

4. THIRD-PARTY DATA DISCLOSURE

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share information with service providers only under strict confidentiality terms to fulfill operational duties:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: Secure data storage and core processing units (such as AWS, Cloudflare, or similar architecture platforms) that host our operational backend, prompt pipelines, and generated audio output assets.
  • Analytics Tools: Affiliated diagnostic platforms (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) to monitor crashes and application stability.

5. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS & CONTROL OPTIONS

Depending on your regional legal jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR for European residents, CCPA for California residents), you possess comprehensive rights regarding your data:

  • Access & Portability: You may request a compiled copy of the personal data connected to your profile.
  • Correction: You may update inaccurate profile attributes directly within the App's configuration screen.
  • Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may submit a request to completely delete your user account. Upon verification, we will purge your profile, registration details, and clear associated prompt history from active databases, subject to standard legal retention regulations.
  • Native Device Permissions: You can unilaterally revoke hardware access permissions (such as system push notifications or tracking frameworks) via your mobile operating system settings screen at any time.

6. SYSTEM DATA RETENTION & PRUNING FOR FREE TIERS

To prevent the accumulation of orphaned files and control server maintenance expenditures, the system employs an automated resource balancing script. Audio tracks, asset files, and processing histories generated by unauthenticated or Free-tier users may be permanently erased from cloud servers automatically after periods of system dormancy, without human intervention or backup generation.

7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

SongX Limited operates globally. Data captured via the App may be securely transferred, stored, and processed in servers situated outside your native country or jurisdiction, where privacy laws may differ. By accessing the App, you explicitly authorize these security-compliant international data transfers.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PROTECTION

The App is not targeted, structured, or intended for use by minors under the age of 13. We do not knowingly compile or harvest personal information from children under 13. If we discover an inadvertent collection of such data, it will be immediately purged from our active data ecosystems.

9. PRIVACY AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy periodically to match architectural shifts or evolving legal guidelines. Material variations will be broadcasted to users via prominent notices within the App interface.
